Did I over do it , em , maybe.
Out at 7.45a.m. in the pool by 8.20a.m. At the car wash by 9.35a.m. Food shop at 10.20a.m. back home by 11.30a.m. ( Sainsbury's very busy think everyone was aware of the expected bad weather tomorrow. That's the reason I did the pool today ) . Glad I've done it but am now ready for a rest!
It is a chilly dry bright day but snow forecast for tomorrow and much colder , so hope you can all keep warm folks.
