Timberhill Bakery

These lovely folks have been on holiday, which was a surprise : I was down to the last slice this morning. So a walk up the hill for a great loaf of Sourdough, with Chia seeds : my favourite.
I always ask to take photo's and they are quite happy about it ( for those of you who get uncomfortable about taking public photo's ). I stand out of the way having bought my bread and quietly get on with it.
