Branching out

This is one of our resident robins. He's always happy to pose in the fir tree but if I point the camera at him when he's on the feeders, off he goes. I think this would look better with a bit of snow on the branches. 

Hmm, wonder if we'll get any snow here? My weather app is currently saying sleet, turning into light snow from from 11 pm until midnight, so we might get a smattering tonight; there is currently more forecast on Thursday evening...but we'll see. As far I can tell, forecasting the exact location that snow is going to fall is an art rather than a science ;)
