Severe Weather

Warnings issued as snow and ice forecast for most of UK (itv news).
The snow did come - nice and gentle, and rather wet.  It made Lee Wood across the valley look quite nice.  Now most of it has melted away.
Me & Mrs MD continue to make slow progress - but no complaints about staying indoors today, although somnolence seems to be the activity of the day :-)
