Giant pictures on buildings

There are lots of pictures of people on buildings. Some of them are smaller but most of them are huge like this one. Some are ads, some are in honor of specific people like the first leader since independence or authors.

I appreciate that the overcast skies often open up to lovely blue. I think it is warmer here than it is at home, oh the irony.
