Baking....!!

This is the result of all todays baking...!
Brioche Bread Loaf...Baked Raspberry Cheesecake....
And a Ciabatta Bread...!
I’m very pleased...they are all ‘first efforts’...
The Brioche altho’ it did rise very well and then sank, it tastes delicious, light as ‘fairy wings’ and a lovely flavor...
The cheesecake is also very good and I’ve just taken the Ciabatta out of the oven ....so we’ll see...!!!
A big HELLO and Happy New Year to all my Blip friends...
Although I haven’t blipped for quite a while, I often wonder how you all are...
I have the ‘ongoing’ health issues...nothing very serious but quite a bad time with my left ear over the last couple of months...was in hospital on Jan 8th but, thankfully, didn’t have to have major surgery, but did have a very invasive procedure and haven’t been right since...constant tinnitus, vertigo and deafness in that ear..
And after much effort, have an appointment to see my ENT man tomorrow afternoon..I’m hoping he can sort whatever is going on....
Will Blip the New Toy that Santa brought me tomorrow......!
