I'd left work early for a dentist appointment and found time to drop in the charity shop beneath the surgery.  I grabbed a couple of cookery books for some mealtime inspiration (well, one was cupcakes, so that's not quite true).  I have a lot of cookery books.

I then stopped at the farmshop for some locally grown green vegetables.  The pile was dumped on my table, along with an earlier, non local pineapple purchase whilst I brewed a teabag and checked out my noodle supplies.
