A cosy evening in
We haven't had any snow in Stroud town yet, but it's forecast. So, instead of going climbing in Gloucester, I'm having an evening at home in front of the fire, with jigsaws, TV votes from Brexit land, and a pile of cards that arrived today. Got them in a private sale. I hope they'll be popular.
Work wasn't easy, but I left at 1.30 to go to my WEA course. Far from the Madding Crowd, week 2. Some very insightful comments made in the discussions. I've invited a few people round to my house after class next week for a tea party. Don't know how they'll all fit in.
I wonder what history will make of Brexit. Interesting times are not easy to live in.
