Day 343
Sunday, also known as 'The Aftermath'.
We might have indulged ourselves a little too much last night. The crappy weather ruined our plans of hitting the Christmas markets, so we had a night out locally instead. Luckily, several beers, cocktails and glasses of Prosecco later the markets were forgotten. We came home and I somehow managed to put together a greek salad, a mozarella and tomato salad and a regular salad. All that chopping under the influence was probably not my best idea, but I still have all my fingers intact, so that's something. Matt's job? To put 3 pizzas in the oven and keep an eye on them. Needless to say he burnt them, so we also had charred pizza. Yum.
Woke feeling a tad delicate this morning, but bacon sarnie and coffee soon sorted us all out. Had a yummy lunch at the lovely Strawbury Duck in Edgworth for our niece's first birthday, then home to snooze watch Home Alone with H before we head off out again later for the panto.
We stopped on the way to the restaurant on the bridge over Wayoh Reservoir to get this shot. I just love the sunlight at this time of year.
