Surprising Christmas Present

I started this last night; it was an impulse buy at Christmas.. I was surprised at how much Latin is in it. I should have read the quotation on the front cover from Mary Beard. 'How many latin quotes  does it take to fill a book, the answer is blowing in the wind...'
