STEM

This is the one who calls me Papa with her Mum's PhD text book. I am fed up with gender stereotyping in jobs, society, and school subject choices - particularly the so called STEM subjects which still seem to preference boys. We need to allow children to develop free from societal norms and gender stereotyping. This cannot simply happen by evolution, we need to be intentional about enabling young people to dream dreams. Like the wise men of TS Elliott's poem, the journey of the Magi, we should not be at ease with this dispensation!
