Rock Dove or Pigeon

The government shutdown in the US closed our Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge during that time period so it's been awhile since we could go there.  Today, a beautiful day, we were able to get to the Refuge and see what we could see.  Two pigeons greeted us first.  They were on the bridge railing and didn't seem to mind us driving right beside them.  So, since this one cooperated so nicely, he or she gets the limelite.
