River

A beautiful start to the day with lovely blue skies and slightly warmer temperatures. Clouding over slightly now in the afternoon and the sun is casting an orange glow is the sky.
A very chilled day today. We went for a walk through another part of Munden House and followed the River Colne for a while, The river had broken it's bank at this spot but I liked the sky and the bright reflection in the water.
A trip to Tesco rounded off the outing.

Dryathlon Day 30 plus Diet is sill holding up .... Just one Dryatlon day left!
