Sophie Puts Her Foot Down

.... or to be more precise, round. Ever since she got her bike a year ago, Sophie has propelled it by pushing one pedal about half way round and stopping, then doing the same again; today, after 12 months of cajoling and encouragement (and much exasperation on Kate's part) she finally got the hang of pushing both pedals all the way round. Sophie decided a chocolate bar was in order by way of celebration.

Unfortunately, Kate wasn't here to see it but Sophie did show off her new-found skill to her when she arrived after work for Keep Fat. They are both very pleased!
