Winter Frost!

A hard overnight frost left the garden coated in a white icy blanket this morning. A cold day of bright sunshine, so cold that in the shaded parts of the garden, the frost and ice never melted.

A busy day getting sorted for my journey east tomorrow. Heavy snow is forecast to arrive here tomorrow, but hopefully I shall have made it safely across the country before it arrives! Sorry to have got behind with comments, hope to be able to catch up on the train tomorrow. If not, M has finally sorted his internet so I’ll catch up over the weekend.
