Pissed off

There is one disabled bay across the road from me and being a blue badge holder it’s the nearest to my house but the amount of times none disabled car owners park in this bay is unbelievable. Wardens are not always on duty and people know that . This particular car has parked here before and I have left a note on the car twice now . When I went out later car was gone and note was scrunched up lying on the pavement. So not only is the person a Dick he is a littering as well
