Hot soup for a Cccold day!

When I came down to make the tea this morning, there was a fresh dusting of snow on the ground, and our Google hub was showing the temperature as 0 F ( -18 C)! During the day, under blue skies and sunshine, we soared to 4 F ( -16)! Just thankful we don’t live any further north, like Chicago! Fortunately it’s pretty much a one day wonder - tomorrow we will get up to
19 F, Friday will be about 38F, and by Monday we will reach 60F!! Crazy! We stayed in our warm house most of the day, though we did venture out to the gym late this afternoon.
I fixed us some home-made hot soup for lunch - Broccoli and Stilton - very good!
