Selfie at Merewether and a different view of Newie

It's been a scorcher today.  It got to about 38C I think.  To beat the heat for once I got out of bed when the alarm went off and headed to Merewether baths for a sunrise.  It didn't amount to much and I preferred this drone shot I took after the hounds and I went for a walk.  Can you spot me?  The view looks North along the beach over the burbs with the city behind.

I have so enjoyed reading the entries on the origin of blipnames this week.  Some like mine are bleeding obvious but others are intriguing.  Everyone has their own story.   I would have loved to have given each one a heart.   HM's go to everyone in the extra.
