Missed Blip Regrets...

I'm sure it's not just me, and that other people get that heart-felt pang when you realise that you have just missed taking a really great photograph, or capturing a precise moment to look back at later. Well today, me and the lovely other half went to visit his dad at his garage, and as he waved us off in the clear winter sunlight, he was perfectly framed in the yard by two recovery wagons and the garage sign overhead, overalls on, and two collies at his feet. I even said "That would be a great photo" completely forgetting I actually had my camera in my pocket! :(

So I have consoled myself by taking this shot of my favourite candle lamp, and putting a sparkly bokeh shot over it as a layer.
