Sun in the mist

The view of the sun just appearing through the trees this morning had me dashing hurrying (I don't dash anywhere these days!) downstairs for my camera.

It has remained misty all day, and I don't think the temperature has risen much above freezing.  It's lovely to sit in the garden room and watch the birds on the feeders.  It'll soon be time to light the wood burner for the evening.
