Taking my Reindeer for a walk........

We visited a Sami community where they look after reindeer. Two generations ago they would have been nomadic groups living and working with the reindeer, now this group who live in Northern Finland live by Lake Inari but still their livelihood is their animals.

I love their costumes, so colourful, they are such proud people who try to maintain their language, culture anad traditions.

Extras show the owner in her wonderful clothes and her son in similar colours. They look after the animals with the husband/father and another son.
