All Stop!!

At the rugby club volunteering in the morning, it started dry but cold but within a short time we had freezing rain and a driving wind.
Home just after one to fit in the last sale day at Trago Mills so that Clare could get the material she needs from the haberdashery department.
A pasty, a pastry and a cup of coffee each to go and we headed off to Pendennis Point to watch the waves, seals and weather.
The rain turned to sleet and as we headed towards home, sleet turned to snow. Cue a super excited Mrs S and a panic struck Cornwall.
Within minutes traffic had slowed to 5mph and traffic queues started to form.
We made it home, lit the fire, home cooked fish & chips then books for me, knitting for Clare and an evening by the fire.
