In the bleak mid winter

So far we have escaped the snow, which seems to be heading for most of the UK.
Instead we have trees laden with frost.

Bad news: Alexa has “died” following the broadband upgrade to fibre optics in this area and the need to install a new router.

What to do?  Ask a friend? Except none of our friends have an Alexa.
