Lurkin Lennon

As a nipper i always wanted to leave Liverpool and hated the Beatles. I grew up in Rainhill and it seemed the last big thing to happen there was The Rainhill Trails in 1829, and it was part of Liverpool and I seemed to have missed the last big thing there (The Beatles) by a few years.

I did move away but ended up coming back and love the place (and even some Beatles songs!). Even though real love eventually drew me away to the dark side (manchester) i still get over to Liverpool a couple of times a week and have a feeling about the place that i never get anywhere else.

... When i started writing this i had a point i was intending to make but buggered if i havent forgotten where i was going .... yay liverpool, yay rambling :)
