Didn’t get up and dressed until nearly 1pm - felt a bit like a waste of time but also great to sleeeeep and chat and see the boy outside the bubble he’s been in the last couple of weeks.

We walked into town, I bought some cakes to take to Gillian’s and then we had lunch in Alex Does Coffee (very very cool little cafe on the ground floor of a building full of artist studios).

He headed home and I headed out to see Gillian. I’m impressed how well she’s doing only a week after her op. Katy arrived to take her to her doctors appointment and afterwards we all went out for some food.
