View from the gym

It was minus 2 when I left for my spa/gym this morning. The village roads were icy and there was snow on the fields adjacent to the motorway.

When i arrived at the gym's grounds, everywhere looked very picturesque with the morning frost. I blipped the view from the upper terrasse which looks across the weald of Kent (I believe) and is an uniterrupted view of woods wirh no buildings in sight.

The yoga class was very strenuous but my balance is improving, and the zumba class afterwards very energetic and great fun. I appreciated the coffee and chat with friends followed by a swim and relaxation in the spa area. Not too bad a life really.

On my car journey home i always see one or two large birds of prey near to Brands Hatch. As i am driving on an A road it isn't possible to stop and investigate or photo these birds. They are maybe buzzards or kites.

Snow is predicted for midnight. Tomorrow we may be confined to the house.
