Almost perfect

I own one, manage several holiday properties both here and abroad. Booking.com are currently sending out our ratings for the year. It is strange how guests mark us. One complained that 2 showers in a house was not enough when 5 women want to shower at the same time! We got marked down for that one! Mmmm makes one think!
