Notes: Up and tried to go for my first little jog since the stem cell injections 10/16/18 - was slow and tough. Lots of little things to do - packing, organizing, work, wrapping up. Left at 12p, Shirl dropped me at St A's office where I picked up the van and headed to Carillon for quick appt for yearly physical. On to Dick's at Westshore then for long long day of PPU - arrived 130p, there till 7p. Brought van back to the beach.
