Hi there. I think you have a leak

Evening plans ruined when the flat downstairs called me up saying they think we had a leak. Everything looked normal from our flat. Anyway, I called up an emergency plumber then went for a run. When I got back the plumber was already there, floorboards were up, leak found and suspect pipe removed.
