Knitted veg

I was in Honeysuckle, my local wholefood shop this morning when I noticed the addition of some knitted veg strung up behind the counter.  They have apparently come from the library where there was a knitted allotment made by local people.  I blipped it here. These weren't claimed so Honeysuckle have become the recipients. 

The leek and vertical shelf divider next to it seem to echo the shape and colour of each other.  The other two are a beetroot and aubergine in case you can't tell - I couldn't really go behind the counter to get a better shot.

My son and family are coming tonight. He had been at a meeting at The Shard in London for work this morning so I look forward to hearing about that!
