The very expensive empty box

I had to pay to retain the post box. 

This is very much a grudge purchase.  An exceedingly expensive grudge purchase......

I am paying R 500 to have the privilege, of having a box.

The only reason, I have the box, is because  I do not get any post delivered to the "street" address.  Okay.  It is delivered, I think, but it is just thrown on the floor at the gate.  The person delivering it, will not sort it and put it into the individual boxes.

So effectively, the post just "disappears", without a trace.

Of course, the post is delivered timeously, at the very expensive post box. WRONG !
