Soon came to light that I wouldn’t make it up to the moor with three other ladies and a man and a dog this morning - due to a stiff hip had trouble coping with the terrain and climbing stiles - not an activity I’m stylish at anyway

Espied this sight on my way home - a hot bath and application of anti inflammatory spray have eased the pain - only a light number of steps walked today
