Fuzzy

A lazy garden blip today. It was raining steadily when we woke up this morning -- a first since we've been here! Mystère had forgotten the existence of rain; he went out early and came back ten minutes later quite traumatised.  By the time we went out to the spa at 12 it had cleared up though.

After a busy few days, it was good to relax at the spa for an hour and then spend the rest of the day quietly at home. That's what Mystère thought too -- when we returned he dashed into the house from his garden hide and has barely been out since. He's now sprawled on his chair in front of the fire.

Dinner was lazy too. Prolonged apero with ham, roasted red peppers from a jar, pimientos de padrón quickly fried and served with sea salt; then a chunky soup of leeks, carrots and potatoes that I'd made earlier, served with bread, and finally oatcakes with manchego cheese and quince butter.
