Stunning

From snowscape to sumo. Once the car had defrosted had a drive to Stirling. The windscreen spray had frozen, despite the anti-freeze which made for some occasional stops to clear the screen.

The scenery was stunning. Despite the sun the frost on all the trees and grasses lingered long into the morning allowing some wonderful scenes to be viewed.

The day was spent with our volunteer managers from across Scotland discussing and agreeing the next steps in our policies on chairing hearings, continuity, revision of our practice manual and on observation and feedback of panel members. Lots to do but the direction is agreed.

The afternoon was spent discussing models of support for volunteers and how we might deliver change. Then after dinner a quiz and a session where some of us dressed up in sumo outfits for a tie breaker. See extra.. Al good fun.
