a very cold walk this morning - by the end my cheeks were frozen - all of them!!!

It has been a very very long week - we launched a new project this week and there has been lots of prep.  we have a new team ( well we are all old people but we haven't worked together like this ) and it will take time for us to gel.  I'm happy to have some good work to do.
