This is part of a beautiful bouquet of flowers scattered with gold dust, that were delivered early yesterday morning from the rural mailman. Delivered right to the door, something special about rural mail, they are so caring with parcels and large boxes (in this case).

From our children, none live locally – a real thrill.

Today has been slow, like very slow !! We had such an awesome time yesterday and last night, very memorable.
I back blipped yesterday's story and photo this morning, and thank sincerely those that have given such lovely comments, stars and many hearts.

I'm lining up for a early night.

Very worrying news from our Townsville family today....the city is now in a State of Emergency, water everywhere, they are having to release water from the dam inland from the city, causing even more flooding. The latest from our kids (just before they lost power) was that water was flowing along their street, and at the back of their section too. No more news now, as their mobile phones have gone flat ! I'm keeping an eye on the Townsville Storm Facebook page. When I last heard from them was early afternoon, where they had measured a metre of rain, I really can't get my head around that quantity, we talk about millimetres here.
