The Big Sing

A wonderful day at the Lauder Ukulele Festival  In the morning I participated in a Picking workshop.  The music teacher gave us 5 various picking positions to practice.  

In the afternoon lots of Ukulele groups took part in a concert, followed by dinner, and The Big Sing.  Every so often during the concert I would get up, and take a walk around the block, as 3 hours is a long time to be sitting in one place.  The Big Sing was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed singing and strumming my ukulele.  Looking forward to next years event already!  Didn't get home until after 11 p.m. which was a very late night for me!
