The Parterre at Cliveden

The sun was out and the roads clear so we went to Cliveden, a National Trust property, to see it in the sunlight snow.
The Parterre is striking throughout the year with it's distinctive geometric design and we were not disappointed.
There were lots of visitors, all glad to be walking out in the crisp sunshine.
The snowdrops were out and the café was serving good soup - an enjoyable visit.
