My friends from China departed today and will be headed back to Beijing tomorrow. We had a great visit, many interesting conversations and laughter, always laughter. Didi made lots of dumplings and while we ate them with a meal several times, she left tons of uncooked ones in the freezer. So I present to you: my dinner! Thank you, Didi!!!
