All caught up

We had the AGM of Friends of Belair NP yesterday.  Huge surprise to be voted back in as Secretary  - no not really.  Nobody is daft enough to do this job.  I shall give them fair notice though.  I'm happy to do it this year, and maybe even next, but they'll have to find someone else for 2021.

Up at OGH Garden early this morning.  It's a total fire ban day, so we can't open this afternoon, but someone still has to go and water.  We take turns, but it's getting a bit tedious.

It's a haven for butterflies and insects.  The hollyhocks are providing an abundance of pollen - and this tiny native bee is busy scraping the pollen to the underside of its abdomen.  Watched it for ages.
