A Matter of Style

Tomorrow we are starting up the Blackheath Photo Group meetings for 2019. The first exercise is intended as a bit of fun really. We are each to take some reasonably pristine possession and do a quick and dirty "product shot" of it ... something that might well be intended for a magazine display ad (say). We'll break up into pairs, taking turns to be photographer and studio assistant. We have to go outside, do the shoot somewhere in the shade and use some improvised lighting aid, such as a torch or a reflector. We are not allowed to spend more than 5 to 10 minutes each on the exercise. Then, in post processing, we need to dignify our efforts with some silly line of advertising.
