Coal tit...

We were supposed to go to the local Point to Point races at Horseheath today, only to find we got there that the meeting had been postponed because of the weather. I didn't think to check before we left, fortunately the course is only a couple of miles away.  On the up side we were spared the bitingly cold wind.

The birds were very active in the garden so I spent a little time in the kitchen hide. I have yet to see any of the more unusual garden visitors, so far no Bramblings, Bulfinches, Redpolls, Siskins or Blackcaps... and worryingly, no Greenfinches.
