Bike + ice =

2 falls, a long slippery walk and a change of route home!!!
I normally run one way but wasn't to sure how the off road track was so thought I'd take the bike that way home tonight to check for tomorrow. Mmm,,,,,, maybe not a good idea to try and run on that!!
