Life from city to village

By Gibbsangie

Dusting of Snow

It was a cold start again, -2 when I left for church, and a dusting of snow. The village where I go has had a bit more, and there is compacted ice on the pavements around the church. The hills had a dusting, which accentuated the ploughed furrows, as in the picture. This was just north of the village of Collingham.

Got back and took my daughter into the city centre to buy some new glasses, and am now sitting having a cup of tea before cracking on with the baking and cleaning for the day.
