Morning in Yachats

The tide was very high at 7 this morning as we walked from the house (about six blocks from here, and with a view of this), and along the rocky coast for about a mile. The wide Yachats River mouth is at the left.
After a big breakfast, we skipped lunch so we could fill up on fresh Dungeness crab tonight at the Crab Crack in nearby Florence. It's an annual fundraiser for the Florence Food Share, and always sells out. See the Extra.
