Ben Chonzie

I haven’t been Munro bagging since Sept 17 which coincidentally was when I started studying at University in the evenings.

Now that I’ve completed my course, I managed out on a local hill with mate A to stretch the legs.

Picked A up at Larbert and headed to Invergeldie for the starting point.

Ben Chonzie is a fairly uninspiring Munro but a good one to break me back in.

Standing at 931 metres it’s the 250th highest Munro (out of 282).

Great day with lots of fresh snow and lots of bruises from big slips on the ice!

Back early enough to pick the girls up from gymnastics whilst MrsT attends a meeting there.
