Baking
Amazingly this is my first attempt at baking, well almost I did make shortbread at age 10. Since then I have not challenged the baking industry
So no points for sponge appearance but the taste and texture is brilliant
Scones, well good and tasty. I have this idea of using them as a starter tonight with roasted cheese topped with fine tomato slices sprinkled with black pepper
