February landscape
I had a startlingly beautiful walk this morning, through the Winnall Moors reserve, then up the long steep road to Morn Hill. This view was taken near the far end of the reserve looking towards Cheesefoot Head. I have to say I think it also looks pretty neat in mono (see Extras). There's also another view in Extras, where I'm standing on one of the Iron Age burial mounds at the top. You can see the other two diagonally to the left and a bit of the ridge beyond on the right.
There had been quite a bit more snow up here and even as I left at midday it was crunchy and very frozen, but walking I kept almost too warm.
Hope your day's been good and that Monday's kind to you xx
