Mad Dog 10k Race , Southport

My first race of the year, and a reasonable time considering the ailments and injuries of January.
Well organised, the event was a scream, and it made a pleasant change to have political correctness thrown out the window.
A massive club turn out , 76 started and finished in a field of over 3000.
A fine day out.
