A bit fuzzy but this photo felt like a blast from the past. Years ago we had a neighbour whose washing machine repeatedly flooded our kitchen and they weren't too helpful about it but I think today's flood was just a one of as (a different) neighbour said it was a pipe that had moved and they got it sorted so it should be all good!
